Metani

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 30, 2026

These terms are an operational draft for Metani and its connected apps. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel before major international promotion, commercial launch or token/payment expansion.

Service

Metani provides identity, SSO, profile linking, file governance, approval workflows, audit logs and ecosystem coordination for apps connected to the iTani Network Chain ecosystem.

Connected apps

These terms apply when using Metani directly or through connected apps such as HudLife, ArtLinks, HudWorld, Huddy AIIA, HudLife DEX, iTani Wallet, MyelBox, Itani Pay integrations and approved aliases.

Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials, wallets and devices secure. Metani may restrict or suspend access when required to protect users, apps or infrastructure.

Acceptable use

User content and files

Users keep responsibility for files and content they upload. Metani may store, process and transmit content as needed to provide the service, enforce permissions, maintain audit logs and comply with valid operational or legal requirements.

Huddy AIIA and approvals

Huddy AIIA may analyze authorized ecosystem context and propose actions. Sensitive or destructive actions require owner approval. Approval records are kept for accountability.

Payments and storage fees

Itani Pay policies may add storage fees to eligible sales such as artworks, products, NFTs and eBooks. Apps must show seller price, storage fee and buyer total clearly where applicable.

Availability

Metani is provided on a best-effort basis during development and launch phases. Maintenance, upgrades, incidents or third-party provider failures may affect access.

Third-party providers

Metani may rely on infrastructure and storage providers such as Hetzner H2O servers, Cloudflare, Cloudflare R2, internal gateway services and blockchain/network services. Their availability and policies may affect the ecosystem.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Metani operators are not liable for indirect losses, user mistakes, wallet loss, third-party outages, unauthorized actions caused by compromised credentials, or content uploaded by users.

Changes

Metani may update these terms as the ecosystem evolves. Continued use after publication of updated terms means acceptance of the updated terms.
