Privacy Policy
This policy is a practical operating policy for Metani and the connected iTani ecosystem. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before large-scale paid international promotion.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Metani Universe Special Evolution, Metani ID, Huddy AIIA, iTani Network Chain integrations, Itani Pay integrations, and connected satellite apps that use Metani services, including HudLife, ArtLinks, HudWorld, HudLife DEX, iTani Wallet, MyelBox and legacy aliases.
Data we process
Metani may process account identifiers, pseudonyms, email addresses, wallet addresses, app account links, SSO sessions, file metadata, uploaded files, permissions, approval requests, audit logs, technical logs, IP addresses and browser/device metadata.
Why we process data
- Provide Metani ID, login, registration and cross-app SSO.
- Link one Metani identity to satellite app accounts.
- Store and protect user files through Metani-controlled storage.
- Operate approvals, audit logs, Huddy AIIA context and governance workflows.
- Calculate ecosystem policies such as Itani Pay storage fees.
- Protect the ecosystem against abuse, fraud, unauthorized access and service failures.
Files and storage
Metani keeps file ownership, permissions, audit metadata and storage keys in its database. File bytes may be stored locally during development or in Cloudflare R2/S3-compatible storage in production. Private files require authorization through Metani or temporary signed access.
Huddy AIIA
Huddy AIIA may read authorized ecosystem context and propose actions. Critical changes, destructive actions and sensitive operations require explicit owner approval and audit logging before execution.
Sharing
Metani shares only the data needed for connected apps to authenticate users, resolve profiles, verify SSO sessions, process storage/payment policies, or access files according to permissions. Metani does not sell personal data.
Retention and deletion
Account, audit and security records are retained as needed for ecosystem integrity. File deletion normally uses soft delete first, followed by owner-controlled purge where allowed. Users may request account or file deletion through the official support channel.
Security
Metani uses role-based access, SSO tokens, restricted redirects, protected file APIs, approval workflows and audit logs. Production secrets must be stored in platform secret managers and rotated if exposed.
International users
Users may access Metani from different countries. Data may be processed where Metani infrastructure, Hetzner H2O servers, Cloudflare, R2/S3-compatible storage or related providers operate. Users may have rights to access, correct or delete data depending on local law.
Contact
For privacy requests, data access, correction or deletion, contact the official Metani operator through the published support channel for the ecosystem.
